
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the trip will receive a full refund
- Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the trip will receive a refund of lift, lesson, and rental (if purchased). Cost of bus ride will not be refunded.
- Cancellation on the day of the trip (after 11pm the night before) or a “no show” will not be refunded.
To cancel a trip, submit an e-mail to jay@bluebirdskitours.com or call 1-866-976-BIRD ext. 4. Official cancellation time is considered by time mark on sent e-mail or call to customer service.
BlueBird Ski Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip, or reduce the length if the trip due to inclement weather for the safety of its customers, guides, and drivers. In the event of a cancellation the BlueBird Ski Tours hotline (1-866-976-BIRD ext. 0) will be activated along with an update on the website with trip status. An e-mail will be sent to all participants of the trip upon decision by management. Should a cancellation occur within 24 hours of the trip a Guide will be on location at pickup spots at departure time to inform customers of the cancellation.
- Cancellations by management prior to trip departure will receive a full refund.
- Reduced length of trips that are already in progress will not be refunded.
Waiver Form
All participants of any trip run by BlueBird Ski Tours will be required to sign an Informed Consent Agreement (Agreement). Trip Guides are not permitted to distribute any tickets to customers that refuse to sign Agreement. For a copy of Agreement, please click here. Copy of signed Agreement can be provided by e-mailing jay@bluebirdskitours.com . Please include full name and date of trip.
Payment Remittance
BlueBird Ski Tours does not process any transactions nor retain any credit card information. All payments are process through PayPal, a PCI compliant vendor. For all questions regarding information security and your credit card, please contact www.paypal.com
Disclosure of Information
BlueBird Ski Tours does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We collect only information that you provide to us with your knowledge or consent. You may access our home page and browse our site without revealing personal data. The information we ask for may include general profile information, name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We may use personal information to customize our web site's content and to send e-mails, features, promotional material, information on events, surveys and other updates that you requested to receive. Providing us with your information does not obligate you in any way. If you sign up for information such as newsletters or e-mails and decide you no longer wish to receive it, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us at jay@bluebirdskitours.com.
