BlueBird Ski Tours is happy to accommodate whatever you would like to do on your trip with us regardless of your skill level. Below is a list of the different packages and options that you can have on your trip.

How do you want to spend your day?

Standard All Mountain Package - $85
Pretty simple. Get on the bus. Eat. Sleep. Hit the Hill. Repeat.

  • Bus to and from the mountain
  • Breakfast in the morning
  • Access to the every trail on the mountain

Lift and Lesson Package - $85
The Ski Instructors will have you on Double Diamonds before you know it!

  • Bus to and from the mountain
  • Breakfast in the morning
  • Access to the lower half of the mountain
  • 1 Hour Group Lesson at your skill level

The Starter Package - $115
Whether you are just getting into the sport, or shaking off the rust, this package supplies all that you need!

  • Bus to and from the mountain
  • Breakfast in the morning
  • Access to the lower half of the mountain
  • 1 Hour Group Lesson at your skill level
  • Expedited Rental of Snowboard or Skis

Transportation Package - $35 One Way/$40 Roundtrip
Meeting friends at the hill? Don't have a car? Just want to sit in the lodge all day? Let us get you there.

  • Bus to and from the mountain (1 way or Roundtrip available)
  • Includes breakfast in the morning

Rental package- $115
You know what you are doing, you just need the tools to do it!

Make-Your-Own Package - $35 Rental/$30 Lesson
Like a good salad bar, we offer whatever fix'ins you want.

 

*Walk-ons the day of the trip are always welcome, but seats are not guaranteed and are given out on a first come first serve basis. For best chances, show up early and speak with the Trip Guide.

Save Time and Money! When you sign up for the trip at www.bluebirdskitours.com, you can pre-pay for your rentals, or also pay cash on the day of the trip to your Trip Guide Expedited Rentals When you rent through BlueBird we will give you a pre-paid form for your rentals on the mountain
1. You don't have to go into ski shop the night before for a fitting…just show up the day of the trip!
2.You don't have to wait on line to pay for your rentals…and then wait on another line for a fitting! Simply fill out the form, get fitted, and hit the hill! Our rental prices are discounted from the normal rate, making your trip just another step easier.

*Please note that Hunter Mountain requires a Photo ID and refundable security deposit to rent equipment. BlueBird Ski Tours assumes no responsibility for the rental equipment supplied by Hunter Mountain.

Once you are on the bus and we depart we will serve you breakfast, put on a movie, and take attendance. Sit back, relax, enjoy the trip! To ensure that everyone else enjoys the trip, we ask you to please adhere to the following points.

At Departure

  • Please show up at departure locations early as the bus will leave promptly at departure time. We are not responsible, and will not give refunds if you miss the bus.
  • If you would like to sit next to someone on the bus, please show up earlier as seats are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • There is overheard storage on all buses and we urge you to store your boots inside the bus, versus under the bus with your equipment. This will prevent your boots from freezing, causing frostbite.
  • Please speak with the Trip Guide if you need assistance getting your equipment under the bus.
  • All busses have Heat/AC that will be on during the trip, along with TVs that will be playing a DVD. Please speak with your Trip Guide if there are volume/ temperature concerns and we will attend to it as best as possible.
  • Please turn off your cell phones while on the bus as many customers enjoy a couple of hours of sleep on the way to/from the mountain.
  • Please throw all trash in the bag at the front of the bus.

Prior to Arrival at the Mountain

  • You can feel free to leave any items you would like on the bus. However, you will not have access to the bus until the end of the day, so please make sure to bring everything that you will need.
  • Remember your bus number and Trip Guide name. If anything were to happen during the day, this will make it easier to find your Trip Guide on the mountain. Also, we will be returning on the same bus.

    Going Home

  • We ask you to please sit in the same seat that you had in the morning. This will avoid confusion.
  • If you are not going to return on the bus going home, please inform your Trip Guide so that they can mark the attendance sheet.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the trip will receive a refund.
2. Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the trip will receive a refund for the cost of the lift ticket/rental/ or lesson if purchased. Cost of bus ride cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation on day of trip or a "no show" will not be refunded.
BlueBird Ski Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip due to inclement weather for the safety of it customers, guides, and drivers. Call 1-866-976-BIRD ext. 0 up to date information on trip cancellation due to weather. To cancel your trip submit an e-mail to jay@bluebirdskitours.com or call 1-866-976-BIRD ext. 2 and a customer service representative will be in contact with you.
